What I have always liked since I was a child
SWIMMING

I have now been swimming for 24 years! When I was a child my favourite stroke was breaststroke. Then, I started to practise rescue swimming with dummies, phins etc. I have been swimming in an competitive team for many years and during the last ones I was swimming in a master semi-competitive team.

Swimming, as other sports, help people to commit in something. It teaches determination, dedication, perseverance; it improves your social skills and it is also very good for health.
